– Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:


  • You will be part of the Safety, Management Systems and Audits (SMA) team and support the development and implementation of a comprehensive communication strategy
  • You will work with various departments to support communication projects from conception to execution
  • You will help track and analyze safety performance and reporting quality to regularly assess key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for improvement
  • You will prepare presentation and communication material for the global safety team
  • You will be responsible for the filing and global accessibility of relevant documents

Your qualifications and experience:


  • You are studying in a economic or commercial field, e.g. social sciences, communication, marketing or similar
  • You have a basic understanding of the principles of project management
  • Preferably you have already gained some experience in organizing events or communication campaigns during your studies
  • You are experienced in using MS Office tools and Adobe products


Your attributes and skills:


  • You have good German and English skills
  • Working effectively with international teams in different time zones is no obstacle for you
  • You have an affinity for digital tools and media and ideally some experience in creating communication material
